Application Request
Applications are processed through Smart Move for a non-refundable, discounted fee of $40. However, if your Application Request cannot be processed, your fee will be returned to you.
Please venmo your payment of $40 per applicant and co-signer to @Kathleen-Swensen-1. Contact us directly to arrange payment if venmo is not an option.
By filling out the attached form, the applicant bears sole responsibility for the outcome of the application and all fees and will not hold Summitview Management, LLC, Kathleen & Home, LLC or any of their subsidiaries responsible for incorrectly completing the application or falsified information. In the event there is a technical problem with the application, it is the applicants responsibility to contact Smart Move directly to remedy the problem.
Every occupant over 18 is considered a "renter" and must complete an application.
